**About the Role**:
Aryan Solutions is seeking a **Senior Technical Project Manager**to lead complex technology projects across our enterprise clients. This role demands a proactive leader with a strong grasp of project delivery frameworks, technical depth, and stakeholder management.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Planning & Execution**:

- Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Build and manage detailed project plans, resource estimates, and schedules.Track progress and ensure timely delivery.

**Team Leadership**:

- Lead cross-functional technical teams; clarify roles, expectations, and dependencies.Mentor team members; assist in onboarding and performance reviews when needed.

**Risk & Issue Management**:

- Identify risks early; define mitigation and contingency strategies.Resolve blockers and escalate critical issues with agility.

**Stakeholder Communication**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates.Deliver progress reports and dashboards to senior management and clients.

**Budget & Resource Oversight**:

- Track project budgets and optimize resource allocation.Ensure adherence to financial constraints and procurement policies.

**Technical Acumen**:

- Understand solution architecture, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs, data flows, and integration points.Work closely with engineers, architects, and DevOps to ensure alignment.

**Governance & Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate project documentation including charters, logs, status reports, and retrospectives.Ensure compliance with internal and client PMO standards.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements in delivery practices.
- Champion agile, DevOps, and automation where applicable.

**Must-Have Skills & Experience**:

- 8+ years in project management, including 5+ years in technical projects.
- Hands-on experience managing software delivery, cloud migrations, or infrastructure rollouts.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and/or hybrid methodologies.
- Proficiency with project tools (JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, etc.).
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.

**Nice to Have**:

- Familiarity with cloud-native solutions, APIs, and DevOps practices.
- Experience working with distributed teams across time zones.Industry background in BFSI, Telecom, Tech, or Healthcare.
