Project Engineer Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the Project Engineer position at our organization. As a leading provider of advanced security solutions, we offer comprehensive turn-key services.
">- Support project execution from installation to system acceptance.
- Deliver project deliverables and complete project milestones.
- Perform installation for hardware and software for turnkey solution.
- Prepare and execute Statement of Work (SOW).
- Coordinate with external parties and customers for problem resolution.
- Participate in System Acceptance Test with external vendors and customers.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise.
- Develop and maintain technical and configuration documentation.
Our ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in Linux domain, knowledge in Networking, Firewall, Fibre-Optic transmission devices and experience in Big Data technologies on Hadoop, Cloudera, Hue, Apache, Elastic Search etc. Additionally, they must be able to work independently and as a team.
Preferred skills include working experience in Virtualisation and implementation and system maintenance experience in Big Data technologies.
