Project Coordinator and Automation Specialist

A key role for a Project Engineer with experience in M&E and automation projects. As a critical member of the project team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works.

The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and effective communication skills to liaise with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in project planning, coordination, and execution for Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works.
  • Support the implementation and integration of automation systems, ensuring seamless operation and efficient processes.
  • Prepare project documentation, drawings, and reports, maintaining accurate records and adhering to company standards.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure smooth project progress, managing expectations and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion, identifying and mitigating potential risks and delays.
  • Handle site supervision, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or related discipline).
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Basic knowledge in automation will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
