Develop and execute detailed test plans for smart meter safety and electrical performance, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
Analyze test results, document findings, and prepare accurate reports. Lead complex test projects, defining plans and meeting deadlines.
Operate and maintain advanced test equipment, perform calibrations, and train staff on procedures.
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve testing processes.
Ensure lab operations adhere to quality management systems and implement continuous improvements. improve accuracy and efficiency.
Hold the responsibility and manage lab operations to continuously meet quality management system independently.
Performs other duties as directed.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related fields.
Demonstrated ability in product safety & electrical performance testing.
Relevant experience in Smart Meter/Electricity Meter testing or ISO/IEC 17025 is preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Willing to learn and adapt to new experimental techniques.
Proven ability to work in a team with good interpersonal skills.
Technically motivated to solve problems and have the initiative to explore new ideas.
Ability to plan and organize tasks to meet project time frames.
Able to handle documents with patience and carefulness.
