Job Title: Drone Program Director

The Drone Program Director is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of drone-based training programs.

  • Manage specialized training courses and contracts, including VTOL (BVOC) training.
  • Liaise with authorities, clients, and stakeholders on contract matters.
  • Take charge of all UAV contracts as Management representative.
  • Be custodian for UA-related training courseware and content in LMS.
  • Incorporate industry best practices, safety regulations, and company standards into training programs.
  • Deliver engaging and informative drone training sessions.
  • Assess student learning and provide feedback to improve performance.
  • Coordinate and manage drone training programs for efficient delivery.
  • Track student progress and maintain accurate training records.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with latest advancements in drone technology, regulations, and training methodologies.
  • Diploma or Degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience or 5 years of relevant experience with a degree.
  • Unmanned Aircraft Pilot License (UAPL) required.
  • WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ALCP/ACTA) and SFA, CPR & AED certification are bonuses.
