Roles & Responsibilities Job Description: Planning, programming and monitoring the processes of M&E works and provide specific program Responsible for carrying out M&E technical meetings and resolving technical issues with record Coordinate with client's representatives, consultants, and subcontractors on all technical matters Monitor job progress and ensure that M&E contracted works meet all requirements, quality and target completions Appraisal for works and products compliance to specifications and requirements Develop the details of Testing and Commissioning activities including Factory Tests, Individual System Test, Integrated System Test, RI, etc. Responsible for variation order cost collection, cost verification of the VO works and make necessary recommendation of VO prices To check, evaluate and confirm the work done and material supply quantity status for the purpose of M&E subcontractor/NSC progress payments including instruction of progress substantiation documents from vendors Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering At least 10 years of M&E experience in local construction industry and managed complex construction projects such as residential and commercial buildings Demonstrates strong technical competence and excellent time management skills Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Strong technical knowledge in mechanical and electrical trades Strong M&E works installation knowledge with the ability to provide practical solution related with site installation Good knowledge of Local Code/Regulation pertaining to M&E services, building construction and safety Strong time management skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage particular tasks put in his charge Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to analyse and synthesize complex issues quickly and propose counter measures to settle the issues Suitable candidates are encouraged to apply this position via Apply Now button or email to Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
