We are currently on a lookout for passionate individuals to join us as an Finance Officer . Responsibilities Open finance counters on time and perform daily counter duties (e.g. collection of payments, attending to resident enquiries and providing them with clear and coherent explanations, etc)Answer telephone enquiries by residents and tenants Process GIRO or RCCS application and related administrative matters Prepare AR related journal entries Assist in daily finance operations and any ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements GCE ‘O’/ ‘A’ Level/ NITEC/ HNITEC/Diploma from any discipline Service-oriented, patient and passionate about making a difference in the experiences of our residents and tenants Positive working attitude, meticulous, willing to learn and contribute to the success of the Team Prior experience in customer service experience will be an advantage Effectively bilingual verbally in order to respond to feedback and queries from all walks of life No accounting experience is needed as training will be provided. Entry-level applicants are welcome.
