Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day support of Linux systems, onsite AI hardware, and basic MySQL operations.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide proactive maintenance and support for Linux systems, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

• Perform onsite support for AI hardware, ensuring proper setup, maintenance, and issue resolution.

• Assist in system monitoring, incident handling, and escalation when required.

• Handle basic MySQL operations such as queries, updates, and troubleshooting.

• Support database performance checks and backup processes.
Requirements

• Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents only.

• Polytechnic Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field (for System Engineer role).

• ITE Certificate in Computer Science, IT, or related field (for IT Technician role).

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of IT experience welcome.

• Knowledge or hands-on experience with Linux systems.

• Familiarity with MySQL and database fundamentals.

• Interest or exposure to AI hardware support preferred.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset.

• Willingness to commit to rotating night shift work.
