About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Culinary Support Assistant to join our team. As a Culinary Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation, including ingredient replenishment and timely fruit and drink preparation.
- Ensure that all food products are placed in designated areas at the assigned time.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the premise before and after operating hours.
- Collaborate with the Chef on ad-hoc duties as needed.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food handling is essential.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities are required to maintain a high level of productivity.
- Possess good attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail.
- Must be physically fit and able to stand for extended periods or lift moderately heavy items.
- A valid Food Hygiene Certificate is considered a significant advantage.
