**Job Summary**

Provide day care services to clients attending the Day Care and Dementia Care Centre by assisting with their personal care and activities of daily living to ensure comfort and safety in accordance with established standards. Maintain a clean, safe environment for clients while assisting with personal care and activities.

  • Porter clients between drop-off points and centre locations, as well as to and from rehabilitation sessions.
  • Help clients settle down upon arrival at the centre.
  • See to dietary needs by serving meals and supervising consumption.
  • Supervise or assist clients in various activities.
  • Assist clients requiring minimal supervision during toileting.
  • Help clients settle down for naps after lunch.
  • Assist client mobility.
  • Porter clients to and from Rehabilitation sessions.
  • Conduct group programs under therapist supervision.
  • Participate in staff training and development.
  • Be familiar with fire evacuation routes and safe management measures.
  • Maintain good housekeeping practices.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Minimum Secondary Education with Certificate in Healthcare Support.
  • Candidates without relevant experience will also be considered.

**Work Hours and Location**

  • Monday to Friday / 42.5 hours per week (8.5 hours per day).
  • Blk 5 Beach Road, Singapore .
