Healthcare Support Associate - Clinic
Job Description:
As a healthcare support associate in our clinic, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support. Your role will involve receiving and screening patients, performing full registration and administration processes, preparing referral letters, and maintaining accurate filing systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Receive and screen patients arriving at the clinic.
• Perform full process of registration and administration for patient.
• Prepare referral letters and maintain proper filing system for scanned documents.
• Provide excellent service standards and assistance to patients.
• Perform counter and medical records duties.
• Answer and handle telephone inquiries.
• Undertake any other duties assigned as assigned. Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Min. A level/ Diploma in any field
• No experience as training will be provided
