Job Opportunity

The successful applicant will be part of a dynamic regional role with exposure to diverse projects and cutting-edge power distribution technologies. This position is designed for individuals who possess in-depth knowledge of installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and commissioning as needed - ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Coach and upskill local field service engineers in installation, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment.
  • Collaborate with factory engineering teams to build a high-performing field services workforce.
  • Support countries in managing spare parts inventory (min/max levels, regional hubs).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in field service or technical support for power distribution systems, especially LV/MV switchgear.
  • Hands-on knowledge of installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong communicator and team collaborator - able to lead, mentor, and influence across borders.
