Get to Know the Team The Extended Workforce Operations team at Grab manages the entire life cycle of our extended workforce, which includes contractors, consultants, and service providers across multiple regions. As part of People Operations, the team works with Procurement and Finance teams for seamless operations and compliance. Get to Know the Role We are passionate about applying technology to improve processes. With the ongoing integration of AI, we are looking for an intern to help create an end-to-end solution for managing talent holistically. This role will be fully onsite. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform You will redesign processes within the Extended Workforce team, integrating AI-driven solutions to refine operations and enhance efficiency. You will collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and People Operations to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. You will support automation projects, including developing AI-powered tools, chatbots, and dashboards to improve workforce management. You will conduct market research on best practices in total talent management and help create a guide for future innovations in workforce management. What Essential Skills You Will Need AI and Automation Expertise : Proficiency in developing AI and automation solutions to address our needs, with hands-on coding experience. Process Analysis : Evaluate existing processes and identify areas for improvement through technology. Collaboration Skills : Capability to work within a team and coordinate with different team members. Communication Skills : Ability to express ideas in writing and verbally, fostering positive interactions with team members.
