Responsibilities:
Provide technical and maintenance support to both customers and internal commercial teams.
Lead the coordination of non-operating activities with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth operations of on-site gas management services.
Collaborate with the commercial team by preparing technical proposals and costing for new projects.
Support technical emergencies and unexpected breakdowns at customer sites.
Manage the procurement and inventory of spare parts and sales inventory by liaising with the purchasing department.
Develop, update, and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Oversee a team of technicians, including daily job planning, technical support, training, and qualification.
Lead and conduct safety briefings, toolbox meetings, and risk assessments.
Serve as the key responder for all health and safety matters, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Perform root cause analysis to investigate operational incidents and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate operational logs, reports, and records for all safety-related equipment.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) Engineering.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in gas systems or facilities management.
Possession of a Class 3 driving license is a plus.
Experience in gas filling plants is a plus.
Strong technical troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve faults quickly.
Able to work independently and respond to incidents calmly and efficiently.
