With an ambitious capital-markets roadmap, they are seeking a Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial strategy and guide the company through its IPO journey. This Singapore-based role reports directly to the CEO and partners closely with senior leadership across regions. Key Responsibilities Capital Markets & IPO Leadership: Lead the end-to-end IPO process and fundraising activities, working closely with banks, auditors, and legal advisors. Listing Preparation & Controls: Establish Nasdaq-ready systems and controls, ensuring compliance with IFRS, U.S. GAAP, and SOX standards. Financial Strategy & Risk Management: Drive FP&A, treasury, tax, and risk management while embedding strong governance and compliance frameworks. Investor Relations: Cultivate global institutional investor relationships and deliver transparent financial reporting and communications. Leadership & Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing international finance team, embedding best practices and operational excellence. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline from a recognized institution. Prior Big 4 training is preferred. Experience: Minimum 15 years in senior finance leadership, including at least 5 years as a CFO or equivalent; demonstrable track record of successfully leading at least one IPO (U.S. or dual-listing experience strongly preferred), with an established network across investment banks, Big 4 auditors, and institutional investors. Technical Competencies: Strong command of IFRS, with working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SOX compliance requirements. Industry Exposure: Background in renewable energy, fintech, SaaS, or other capital-intensive industries. Other Skills: Outstanding stakeholder management, leadership, and communication abilities, coupled with resilience and sound judgment in dynamic, high-growth, multi-entity environments.
