Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end UX design across the patient journey—from appointment booking to treatment follow-up.
Create intuitive UI designs for complex healthcare workflows involving insurers, hospitals, and clinics.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and clinical stakeholders to align design with functional requirements.
Design and maintain consistent design systems, components, and patterns to support modular integrations.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder feedback sessions to validate design decisions.
Ensure accessibility, regulatory compliance (e.g., PDPA, HL7/FHIR standards), and data privacy in design deliverables.
Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and functional specs for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Ideally 3–5 years of experience in UI/UX design
Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools; experience with prototyping and design systems.
Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions—preferably involving complex systems or integrations.
Experience with user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable designs.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional and multi-stakeholder teams.
Bonus: Knowledge of interoperability standards (HL7/FHIR), insurer workflows, or clinical process design.
