Responsibilities Serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, document, and validate requirements for ServiceNow implementations. Analyze and translate business needs into detailed user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and solution designs. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to identify pain points and drive process improvement initiatives. Conduct gap analyses to compare current ServiceNow capabilities against client requirements. Collaborate with technical teams to support the configuration and customization of ServiceNow solutions. Implement and configure ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and ITOM to meet business objectives. Develop custom applications and workflows using ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and JavaScript scripting. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs. Work with QA teams to define test cases, validate functionality, and ensure solution quality. Support user acceptance testing (UAT), assist with go-live activities, and provide post-deployment support. Monitor platform usage and performance, identify areas for enhancement, and contribute to roadmap planning. Stay current with ServiceNow releases, new features, and best practices to drive continuous improvement. Required Skills Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience working on ServiceNow platform Strong grasp of ServiceNow scripting (Client Script, Business Rules, Script Includes). Experience with at least one ServiceNow module (e.g., CSM, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD). Knowledge of CMDB, Service Catalog, and Access Control Rules. Experience integrating external systems with ServiceNow (REST, SOAP APIs). Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Certified System Administrator (CSA) & Certified Application Developer is a must; one or more CIS certifications (ITSM, HR, CSM, etc.) is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams. Temus is an equal opportunities employer.
