Product Lead Position Overview

The product lead will be responsible for overseeing projects from conception to delivery by collaborating with both internal and external resources. The position involves guiding project teams throughout the process, ensuring that milestones and deliverables are achieved on time and within budget.

About the Role

  • The product lead will collaborate with various departments including R&D, logistics, technical development, manufacturing, regulatory, and quality.
  • This role requires effectively allocating resources across project teams to ensure efficient utilization of both internal and external resources to achieve project goals.
  • The product lead will identify potential risks and develop strategies for mitigation and address any issues promptly to keep the project on track.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in contract manufacturing is necessary.
  • Preferred experience in PCBA EMS or contract manufacturing, plastic injection molding, and box builds.
  • The ability to travel to European and other site locations as needed is also required.
