Purpose & Objectives TheSenior UX Designerwill leaddesign and user experience effortsfocused on enhancingMOE's Corporate Finance Systemsforschool and HQ admin users. This role requires a strongservice design approachto improve workflows, simplify complex processes, and optimize overall usability for administrative users across the organization. Objectives Develop user-centric solutions that streamline corporate finance processes and enhance productivity for school and HQ admin users. Apply service design methodology to deeply understand pain points, optimize user journeys, and improve usability. Drive the design‐thinking processes to create intuitive, efficient, and practical digital solutions for finance systems. Lead research, prototyping, and usability testing to ensure alignment with user needs and expectations. Focus on understanding and enhancing a specific corporate finance service system undergoing digital transformation during the initial 6‐12 months. Key Responsibilities 1. Service Design and User Research Conduct user interviews, focus groups, and usability testing to gather insights from school and HQ admin users. Facilitate kick‐off workshops to gather objectives, understand workflows, and align on business requirements. Map out user journeys and pain points to identify opportunities for improvement. Focus on improving a specific corporate finance service system undergoing digital transformation during the initial 6‐12 months. 2. UX Design, Prototyping, and Testing Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize and communicate concepts effectively. Validate designs through user feedback and usability testing to ensure efficiency and relevance. Conduct iterative testing and refinement to continuously enhance user experience. Manage the end‐to‐end design process, from ideation and prototyping to final implementation guidance. 3. Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration Collaborate with MOE stakeholders, product teams, and finance system users to ensure solutions meet business objectives. Facilitate workshops and ideation sessions to co‐create solutions that address user needs and streamline workflows. Clearly communicate design decisions and insights to stakeholders and project leads. Skills, Behaviours, and Attributes Needed Service Design Expertise: Proficiency in research, ideation, prototyping, and user testing with a user‐centric approach. UX Design Proficiency: Skilled in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using standard UX tools. Facilitation Skills: Ability to conduct workshops and collaborative design sessions to align stakeholders and gather insights. Communication Skills: Strong ability to articulate design concepts and decisions clearly and effectively. Proficiency in UX Design Tools: Competent in using tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent.
