Project Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Development Specialist to join our team.

  • Develop project scopes, schedules, and ensure alignment with company goals by coordinating with engineering teams to plan equipment installation and commissioning.
  • Oversee contractor activities and ensure compliance with plant standards.
  • Analyze PFDs, P&IDs, and equipment specifications to inform decision-making.
  • Manage changes in project scope, budget, or timeline, documenting all updates and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Develop maintenance scope, job specifications, resources, and timelines for turnaround maintenance.
  • Plan and execute corrective action/repair plans for mechanical issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical problems, documenting all actions and outcomes.
  • Maintain a safe, efficient, and effective maintenance management system to achieve optimal equipment reliability and availability.
  • Update and maintain accurate maintenance records for data analysis and troubleshooting purposes.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and eliminate equipment/system defects.
  • Collaborate with operators and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and optimize maintenance and project costs.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance plant performance.

The successful candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
