Job Title: Mechanical Systems Developer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Systems Developer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering group, you will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical systems for building services.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop mechanical systems for building services, ensuring they meet the required specifications and standards.
  • Prepare tender documents, design and technical specifications for tenders, and supervise the installation and commissioning of mechanical works.
  • Liaise with end-users, vendors, and suppliers for project coordination, ensuring smooth execution and timely completion.
  • Provide onsite support as needed, conducting site visits to assess project requirements and ensure quality delivery.
  • Lead on-site technical and engineering matters, resolving problems and determining project schedules.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, utilizing this skill to inform design decisions.
  • Utilize Autocad effectively in creating detailed designs and plans.
  • Manage material procurement processes, sourcing necessary materials for project completion.
  • Collaborate with project managers to integrate various aspects of the project.
  • Develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills, applying them to make informed decisions throughout the project lifecycle.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
  • Strong knowledge of technical drawing and AutoCad.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to read and draw technical drawings.
  • Experience in material procurement and project coordination.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
