They deliver end-to-end solutions encompassing space planning, design coordination, M&E integration, and on-site execution to ensure high-quality finishes and seamless project delivery. Core Responsibilities Define, plan, and execute project objectives, scope, and deliverables in alignment with company goals. Develop and manage project requirements, schedules, and resources to ensure timely completion. Oversee and balance the project management triangle — managing cost, time, scope, and quality effectively. Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and maintain stakeholder alignment. Monitor project progress, anticipate potential risks, and implement corrective actions where required. Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and quality expectations. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare progress reports, project documentation, and close-out summaries. Requirements Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience. Proven experience in project planning and management within M&E, construction, or related industries. Strong understanding of project management principles — including cost, time, scope, and quality control. Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills. Strong leadership and communication abilities with a collaborative and proactive approach.
