Description Are you someone who loves all things sparkly, creative, and hands-on?We’re looking for a Retail & Crafting Assistant (Part Time) to join our vibrant crystal family In this role, you’ll be part of the magic behind our beautiful handmade crystal creations — from helping in the crafting process to assisting customers who visit our retail space.If you have a passion for arts & crafts, enjoy creating meaningful experiences for others, and love being surrounded by crystals, this is the perfect opportunity to shine.What you’ll be doing Crafting Support: Work closely with our designers to bring crystal accessories to life You’ll help assemble, design, and ensure each piece meets our quality and design standards.Fulfill Customer’s Orders & Customisation RequestCustomer Service: Assist with the retail floor on days when the studio is open. This involves sales floor upkeep, cashiering, etc.Packing: Package products for dispatch or self collection, ensuring items are well protected and presented. Ensure items are well accounted for and ready to be collected/shipped out.Inventory Management : Assist in unboxing of new stocks, engage in stock-taking and tagging of the new products.What We’re Looking For A positive, proactive team player with high initiativePassionate about crafts, creativity, and beautiful handmade workCrystal knowledge is a PLUSTraining provided during onboardingAble to commit to minimum 10 shifts per month (min. 4-hour shifts) for at least 3 monthsMust be available for at least 3 Saturdays (12pm–6pm) and most public holidaysThe Perks We value our team’s well being and fun Join us and unlock these benefits:Team Bonding activities (Movie nights, Karaoke sessions, Movie nights, etc)Why join us ?
