Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Centre Manager in managing effective operations and maintenance of the retail mall.
  • Coordinate operational programs and execute maintenance works to ensure optimal mall operation.
  • Assist in annual budgeting, managing maintenance contracts, and supervising expenses for operational needs.
  • Assist in renovation works by tenants and support promotional activities.
  • Liaise with the Contract & Procurement team, manage procurement of equipment, cyclical replacements, and enhancement works.
  • Manage and respond to feedback and service requests promptly.
  • Lead technicians and manage vendor services to meet professional standards.
  • Participate in the Company Emergency Response Team (e.g., Site Incident Controller, First Aider).
  • Assist in Environmental Health Safety (EHS) reviews, permit to work (PTWs), risk assessments, and safety audits.

Requirements

  • Strong initiative, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Higher Nitec, Diploma, or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
  • Willingness to learn and potentially move across asset classes.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines, resourceful, systematic problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Willing to work beyond standard hours when necessary.
