Job Description Summary
**Job Description**:
- Support the Operations Manager to ensure effective operation and maintenance of the mall
- Coordinate operation programs and execute maintenance works to ensure the mall operates as a safe environment as well as performing at optimum level
- Prepare annual budget, manage and administer contracts and supervise expense for the operational needs of the mall
- Assist in the implementation of the Asset Enhancement Initiatives, renovation works carried out by tenants and operational support for the promotional activities of the mall
- Manage and execute the procurement of all maintenance contracts in the mall
- Lead the technicians as well as the various vendors to maintain professional standards and achieve excellent results on day-to-day operations
- Diploma or Degree in Facility Management, Building, Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar position
- Experience in property management or facility management in shopping mall or retail environment will be an added advantage
- Exhibit strong leadership, people management and interpersonal skills
- Able to work within tight timelines, resourceful and systematic in resolving problems
- Good command of spoken and written English as well as being computer literate
- Willing to work beyond standard operating hours
