Are you a good match?
You have proven experience in luxury retail or hospitality. You are detail-oriented, enthusiastic, confident, curious, reliable, and looking for a team adventure. You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to be persuasive and engaging while offering an exceptional client experience. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in other Asian languages is a plus.
What are we expecting from you?
Role
Reporting to the Boutique Manager, you will be an ambassador of Van Cleef & Arpels' identity and expertise, welcoming and serving all visitors and clients entering the boutique. Your responsibilities include:
Driving business by recruiting clients, developing their loyalty, and achieving sales objectives;
Growing our clients' expertise by presenting our universe, history, creations, and sources of inspiration;
Offering an outstanding experience by personalizing client relationships and anticipating their needs;
Serving all visitors by responding to their requests, providing after-sales services, and offering care advice;
Contributing to a positive team spirit by actively participating in daily boutique activities;
Developing operational excellence by mastering in-store tools and adhering to commercial policies and procedures.
