If you're someone who loves planning events and all the work that goes into making them happen, then this role is for youAs an Executive Producer in our brand experience agency (and a contributor in our idea-generating, client-problem-solving creative response) your task is to oversee multiple projects from inception to completion and be a key player in growing the business, ensuring that all work - from creative concepts to logistics and technical - delivers against agreed objectives and surpasses clients' expectations. Flexible and adaptable, our Executive Producers should be able to build strong and durable relationships with both colleagues and clients. What You'll Be Doing Inspire and lead, creating a positive team climate that inspires others to excel and deliver Amplify our values (Passion, Agility and Respect) within the workplace Collaborate with Growth and Ideas departments to ensure the agency's ability to produce great work Proactively identify potential production partners and vendors Develop a thorough understanding of clients' business and strategy and contribute to winning creative pitches Work alongside the client and wider project team to develop strategy and creative execution Budget control/management. To deliver to agreed financial targets and enhance margin Contribute to building network of freelance talent Key Responsibilities Guide the development, writing and presentation of incremental program proposals, scopes of work, schedules and staffing plans as they relate to solutions. Ensure PCNs are clearly communicated to client and approved. Build and maintain effective client relationships, ensuring that all client's needs are heard, understood and addressed in a timely way Ensure clear communication to the client for the assigned program regarding roles and responsibilities, scope, budget, schedules and program status/action items Working with the
