Qualifications
Diploma with a strong pass in English or equivalent work experience.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or event management.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent abilities to communicate effectively, think on your feet, and solve problems proactively.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in spoken English and a second language.
