Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm East Job Responsibilities Asssist Project Managers in determining and defining project scope and objectives Assist in predicting resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner Assist with project schdedule and support with administrative work Provide project updates on a consistent basis to project managers Research on best practices, techniques, and standards used in project execution Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management Requirements Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of management, users and vendors. Driven and committed to success while maintaining integrity Experienced in managing clients and various stakeholders Must be a good team player, proactive in nature, fast learner, highly organised and positive attitude.
