Key Responsibilities
Develop Cutting-Edge Caa S Solutions
: Build and scale a card-as-a-service product that enables clients to offer end-to-end card issuance and payment capabilities to their users effortlessly.
Optimize Product Workflows
: Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams to streamline client configurations, enhance user onboarding journeys, and automate backend processes such as order handling, settlement, and reconciliation.
Drive Key Metrics
: Take ownership of operational metrics, including payment success rates, client integration timelines, and service-level agreements (SLAs), ensuring consistent improvement and excellence.
Leverage Data for Impact
: Use quantitative analysis, qualitative research, and customer insights to drive product decisions, including competitor benchmarking and user needs analysis.
Collaborate Across Functions

Expertise in Card Payments
: At least 5 years of experience in debit/credit card product management, with a strong track record in building and managing card payment solutions for leading fintech platforms.
