Project Director

A highly motivated and result-driven professional responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, with experience in managing complex projects, particularly in commercial and office design & build.

The successful candidate will be accountable for:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business objectives.
  • Manging multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively.
  • Cordinating with stakeholders, team members, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conducting site visits, inspecting work quality, and addressing any issues promptly.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in related field, preferably as a Senior Executive in Project Management or equivalent.
  • Strong skills in project planning, execution, leadership, team collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and business acumen.
