Campus Logistics Manager
The successful applicant will assist the Director of Operations in leading a team of Operations Support Assistants (OSAs) in providing support for campus wide logistics, events' logistics, external housekeeping, and vehicle drop-off/pick-up services. The role will handle a small portion of the administration for Operations as the department grows in terms of headcount and activities.
The role reports to the Director of Operations and is based in the Operations Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Degree holder or equivalent
- Good understanding of logistic needs on campus
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
- PC literacy in MS Office Applications
- Pleasant disposition with excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Positive attitude and positive approach to working with people
- Confident, mature and self-motivated with proven ability to work independently as well as a good team player
JOB DESCRIPTION
