As a Campus Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of campus operations while also managing sales pipelines to drive revenue growth. Your responsibilities will encompass student services, facilities management, community engagement, and sales strategy development to meet targets and objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate campus activities, events, and promotional campaigns to attract prospective students and partners
- Provide exceptional customer service to art center visitors, clients, and partners
- Assess each student’s background, skills, and need to recommend appropriate courses and learning paths
- Maintain campus facilities and equipment to provide a conducive learning environment
- Monitor and report on sales performance, budget, and expenses related to sales activities
- Responsible for customer consultation, student enrollment and after-sales service
- Coordinate course schedules and arrange for substitute teachers when necessary
- Monitor student attendance and follow up to arrange make-up classes
- Perform administrative duties including maintaining ERP, student records and tracking withdrawals
- Liase with landlord on updates
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Operations Director

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,800.00 per month
