Civil & Structural Resident Engineer page is loaded## Civil & Structural Resident Engineerremote type: Office Basedlocations: Singaporetime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: JR ## **Project: HDB at Bishan (BTO)**## **Job Description:*** ### Provide standing supervision as and when directed by Consultant team.* ### Witness all inspections, testing and commissioning sessions performed by Sub-contractors to ensure compliance with quality standards, designs and specifications.* ### Compile relevant equipment, material, inspection and test certificated submitted by the contractors as required for the project records.* ### Ensure company's safety rule is complied with.* ### Resolve all site issues and ensure timely completion of the project.* ### Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to drawings and specifications.* ### Attend site meetings and perform site inspections.* ### Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports.* ### Any other task assigned from time to time.* Tentative commencement date December 2025/January 2026.## **Job Requirements:*** ### Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from a recognized university and registered with IES/ACES as a Resident Engineer* ### Minimum 3 years experiences as Resident Engineer in precast high rise residential building project.* ### **Experience in building projects, experience in HDB projects will be an advantage.*** ### Excellent interpersonal and communication skills* ### Preferably conversant with local codes and familiar with local authority's regulations and requirements### ***Please submit your full resume, contact number(s), current & expected salary, copies of educational certificates and date of availability in your application***###()(blob: everyday better Creative people together transforming our world' is our vision.
