About the role Ters Consulting Pte Ltd is currently expanding and seeking a highly motivated Resident Engineer (C&S) to join our dynamic team. As a Resident Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the supervision of civil and structural works. What you'll be doing Lead RTO to monitor, supervise and inspect works as directed by QP(S) and SRE; ensure prompt reporting of any non‐compliance on work site. Conduct quality inspections to ensure all works and materials adhere to the project's specifications and regulatory requirements. Ensure proper documentation of site inspection records, safety records, as‐built drawings, and construction administration. Prepare and submit weekly progress reports. Review Document Acceptance Requests (DARS) with timely response to clients. What we're looking for Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore. Resident Engineer Accreditation Certificate by JAC of IES/ACES is a must. Minimum 4 years of experience as a Civil & Structural Engineer; with at least 2 years in supervision of works in projects similar in size and complexity; in particular deep excavation and foundation, cut and cover tunnel works and building works. Conversant in statutory code and requirements. Possess strong supervision, leadership and organisation skills; with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. 44 hours work week; able to work shifts as and when required.
