**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced Data Security Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for overseeing data processing for core system databases, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing specialized data security risk governance, including data access control, encryption, privacy management, and data masking.
  • Conducting data security risk assessments, developing risk mitigation plans, and establishing emergency response mechanisms.
**Requirements:**
Minimum 3 years of database administration experience, with expertise in MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and TiDB maintenance. Strong knowledge of international data security regulations and standards, with a keen sense of compliance. Proficient in data security and privacy protection techniques, such as encryption, access control, and data backup. Familiarity with e-commerce business processes and data handling, with the ability to identify risks and propose solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with internal teams and external regulatory bodies.
