As our Cell & Gene Technologies (CGT) business grows, we are looking to further strengthen our manufacturing team in Tuas, Singapore. The Biotechnologist is responsible for the manufactur ing of cell therapy products and media in accordance to c GMP regulations. The role requires flexibility to be able to work in a 12-hour rotating (day , night and weekend ) shift. Willing to work in cleanroom environment requiring the removal of jewelry/ makeup, donning of over suits/ cov eralls, saf ety shoes, hair cov er, gloves and saf ety glasses/ goggles Job Description Attains a thorough understanding of the principles of c GMP compliance and clean room practices Executes batch records , ensuring right -first time and accurate documentation Maintains training status to perform required GMP tasks Performs suite support activities, e.g. equipment cleaning, housekeeping and e scalates non -routine situations ( e.g. dev iations, equipment alarms) per site procedure Use electronic systems to perform work (e.g. document management system (DMS) , Lab Inform ation Management System (LIMS ), Trackwise ) Reviews executed batch records and logbooks in an accurate and timely manner Suggests and participates in continuous improvement initiatives.
