What You'll DoTraining & DevelopmentConduct Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and map training requirements. Implement impactful training programmes and maintain learning dashboards. Coordinate logistics, liaise with providers, and manage training records on SharePoint. Health & WellnessDrive health screenings, wellness talks, and sports activities. Create and share engaging health-related content to promote wellbeing. Employee EngagementOrganise service awards and recognition programmes. Plan exciting engagement events and support climate surveys with data insights. Governance & ComplianceAssist in audits and certifications related to training. Ensure adherence to internal standards and regulatory requirements. Finance & ProcurementManage training budgets, funding applications, and procurement processes. Handle Purchase Orders, invoices, and payroll documentation. Reporting & AdministrationPrepare monthly reports and manage asset documentation. What You BringA Bachelor's degree in HR, Training & Development, or a related field. Up to 3 years of relevant experience in HR or L&D. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and SharePoint. Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
