Job Title: Salon Operations Manager
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Salon Operations Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of stylists and ensuring that our salon operates efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 5-8 staff members to achieve personal and outlet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Track performance against KPIs and implement improvements.
  • Manage daily operations, including customer complaints, staff motivation, coaching, and paperwork.
  • Schedule employee shifts and oversee annual leaves/medical leaves.
  • Train and develop staff to maximize performance and efficiency.
  • Participate in trainings, meetings, and company events.
Requirements:
  • Min. 3 years of relevant experience with proven KPI success in a related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented.
Benefits:
  • Gross up to $10,000 - $30,000
  • Personal and overriding commission + sales incentives
  • Working days: Alternate Saturdays
  • Working hours: 9 hours per shift
  • Location: Near MRT stations
