We are seeking a driven and passionate educator to join our team as an Instructor. This role will involve teaching mathematics to primary school students, and gaining exposure to business management responsibilities.
This full-time position is based in the North and Northeast region and requires delivering exceptional education to students, as well as contributing to business operations as part of a management development programme.
Key Responsibilities:- Teach engaging mathematics lessons to primary school students
- Monitor student progress and provide individualised support to ensure academic success
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
- Contribute to the development of educational materials and resources
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities
- Assist with administrative tasks and business operations as part of a management development programme
- Lesson plans will be provided and materials will be available
- Support students in reading and understanding of questions and concepts
- Impart skills to help students master problem solving through relevant techniques
- Maintain a friendly classroom environment and prepare educational resources for students
- Work closely with colleagues and parents to facilitate better understanding and support for students and monitor their progress
- Share knowledge and ideas to enhance programme structure
- Ensure that students complete their work required for the session

- Additionally related experience such as skills in training or teaching would be an advantage but not a requirement
- Competency in Math & English is required, ability to communicate in Chinese will be a plus point
- Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills; and passion to cooperate with children, centre personnel and parents

- Strong subject knowledge and ability to explain mathematical concepts effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for education and commitment to student success
- Adaptability and willingness to take on additional business management responsibilities
