**Mathematics Educator Role**

We are seeking an experienced and passionate mathematics educator to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate to contribute their expertise in teaching mathematics to students.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and delivering high-quality educational programs in mathematics. This will involve preparing and conducting lessons, providing guidance and support to students, and assessing student progress and performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver mathematics lessons to students at various levels of proficiency
  • Assess student progress and performance in mathematics and provide feedback
  • Develop and implement effective classroom management strategies
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve mathematics curricula
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must possess a strong background in mathematics education, including a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field. You should also have experience in teaching mathematics to students at various levels of proficiency.

Desirable Qualities:

  • ESL teaching certifications such as CELTA, TESOL, TESL
  • Knowledge of further mathematics
  • Professional teacher qualifications
  • Fluency in Mandarin (although not compulsory)
  • Able to speak English with a neutral accent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and logical thinker with excellent teamwork skills
