As a Project Manager for Retail Fit Out at Burgundy Brand Collective, you will be responsible for independently delivering retail property projects within specified timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include managing suppliers, designers, and fit-out contractors, as well as coordinating with internal stakeholders such as information technology, marketing, procurement, and business development teams to ensure compliance with brand standards and store opening schedules. You will also be accountable for ensuring that proposals, plans, layouts, and finished properties align with designers" and brand requirements. Additionally, you will oversee tender processes, drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and cost estimates, while addressing site-related queries and managing renovations and redesigning of current stores and projects.To be considered for this role, you should possess at least 5 years of experience in retail fit-out, with a total of 5 years of experience in architecture, interior designing, and site supervision. A Bachelor's degree, preferably in architecture, interior design, or any engineering major from an accredited university, is required. Furthermore, you must have knowledge of local processes and procedures related to landlords, municipalities, food control, drainage, etc., and hold membership in a professional body. Strong multitasking abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this position.This full-time, permanent position is based in Lower Parel, Mumbai, and you will report directly to the Director.
