Job Title: Kitchen Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned kitchen professional to lead our team and drive growth in our modern Japanese dining brand. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality Japanese dishes consistently and to standard.

  • Prepare core Japanese dishes (donburi, sashimi, grilled items) according to standards
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and assist the Head Chef as needed
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure smooth coordination across the kitchen
  • Maintain strict food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' professional kitchen experience, preferably in Japanese cuisine
  • Proficiency in essential kitchen tools and equipment
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
  • Willingsness to work weekends and public holidays
