Job Title: Lead Kitchen Specialist
Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily Kitchen Operations:

The Lead Kitchen Specialist will be responsible for ensuring smooth service, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, and overseeing daily kitchen duties.

Food Preparation:

They will supervise food preparation, particularly in large quantities, and ensure that all dishes meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Team Leadership:

The successful candidate will lead and guide junior kitchen staff effectively during service, providing guidance and support as needed.

Kitchen Hygiene and Safety:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Able to supervise and guide junior kitchen staff effectively during service.
  • Good understanding of food quality, presentation, and portion control.
  • Familiar with stock usage tracking and basic cost control practices.

  • Able to work under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Willingness to take initiative in improving kitchen operations and training team members.
