Business Growth Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to spearhead our growth initiatives. This role will focus on expanding market share, creating engaging events, and forging meaningful partnerships in the F&B and lifestyle entertainment sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase market penetration across the F&B and lifestyle entertainment sectors.
  • Business Insights: Analyze sales data, customer insights, and industry trends to drive informed decision-making and uncover growth areas.
  • Event Conceptualisation: Develop and execute thematic events and in-house activations that attract foot traffic and foster brand loyalty.
  • Live Entertainment Management: Oversee live band performances, working closely with musicians and technical crews to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Collaborations: Source, evaluate, and negotiate with external vendors, partners, and brands to co-create value-added collaborations.
  • Proposal Development & Tender Management: Craft compelling proposals for tenders and business opportunities.
  • Presentation & Communication: Effectively communicate ideas, pitch initiatives, and represent the company in meetings and presentations.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related fields
  • Relevant experience in business development, marketing, or events (preferably in F&B or entertainment)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities
  • Passionate about F&B, music, and lifestyle entertainment
  • Creative, resourceful, and results-driven
