Plan and oversee corrective and preventive maintenance activities for building architecture, structures, hardscapes, and thematic props. Manage and supervise contractors handling Addition & Alteration (A&A), renovation, and enhancement projects. Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve work productivity and operational efficiency. Collaborate with business stakeholders to address and resolve technical issues effectively. Job Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a relevant Building Certificate from a recognized institution. At least 2 years of proven experience in architecture, structural building maintenance, A&A projects, and enhancement works. Prior experience in facade theming and hardscape/flooring work is an advantage. Familiarity with project management in facade-related projects is a plus. Proficient in interpreting architectural, structural, and building as-built drawings. Strong planning, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
