**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of Tender, Design, and Construction Management for Civil and Structural Systems in Industrial Facility Buildings.
- Lead the design of concrete and steel structures.
- Support Project Managers in ensuring project completion within budget, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.
- Prepare, issue, and evaluate tender packages.
- Coordinate with Architectural, Process, Mechanical, Electrical disciplines, and Quantity Surveyors.
- Address site-related issues concerning design.
- Liaise with consultants and subcontractors.
- Provide direction and mentorship to junior team members.
- Ensure timely submission and approval from local authorities.
- Mentor Civil & Structural engineers throughout the tendering, design, and construction phases, promoting best practices based on the engineering efficiency checklist.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience with design knowledge in concrete and steel structures.
- Proficiency in software such as Tekla and STAAD.Pro.
