Specializing in building, civil engineering, and infrastructure projects, we deliver innovative and efficient solutions to meet the evolving needs of the industry. Purpose and Scope The Architectural Associate plays a pivotal position in design and development of projects, interacting and consulting with design and construction professional counterparts. Responsibilities Responsible for construction project brief formulation, design conceptualization and presentation. Prepare and submit building plans and Building Plan clearances Formulate and provide Architectural details & specifications Assist in tender process Contract and construction management TOP & CSC procedures including completion/ handover of project Qualifications Masters in Architecture or equivalent Minimum 5 years of experiences in Architectural practice (e.g. development of master plans, power plants, warehouses, offices, residential, additions & alterations works)Familiar with BIM (Revit), SketchUp, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Projects, AutoCAD and Photoshop Only Singaporeans will considered due to the sensitive nature of the job Our Culture at Sembcorp At Sembcorp, our culture is shaped by a strong set of shared behaviours that guide the way we work and uphold our commitment to driving the energy transition.
