Lead Product Manager Open Government Products (OGP) is a team of engineers, designers and product managers who build technology for the public good. We proactively identify areas where technology can help, test prototypes with actual users, and launch the best solutions. Our projects include Covid‐19 Vaccination National Appointment System, Data.gov.sg, Parking.sg, FormSG, Isomer, RedeemSG, PaySG, and more. What does a Lead Product Manager do?Hire, train, & manage ~8 product managers to build great products across government spaces. Envision multiple directions a product can take and push the product forward in the path of most impact and least resistance. Set product standards for speed, quality, and impact. Communicate these standards and hold teams accountable. Work with leaders from engineering, design, policy and operations to guide product teams to success.
