Job Title: Equipment Technician
We're seeking a skilled Mechanical Specialist to join our team. If you have hands-on experience with machinery, thrive in a fast-paced production setting, and take pride in maintaining equipment efficiency, this could be the right fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, calibrate, and adjust production equipment to ensure consistent product quality.
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on automated systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical components, conveyors, drives, servo motors, and cam-driven equipment.
- Set up and verify large-scale safety equipment for smooth operations.
- Prepare and maintain production documents (SOPs, batch records, inventory, productivity reports).
- Train and support fellow technicians with equipment knowledge.
- Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and compliance requirements.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong troubleshooting, fine-tuning, and precision adjustment skills.
- Hands-on experience with PLC-controlled equipment and electrical troubleshooting (advantageous).
Benefits Package:
- Competitive compensation: $30,000-$48,000 per year.
